    Neptune holds the power of the ocean, and Uranus holds the power of the sky. Michel is pretty, and feminine. While Amarah is a tom boy, she doesn't wear dresses even to a formal. They are very close, lets just say they like each other a lot. ( too much if you ask me.) LOL just kidding. They are in the Sailor moon S, Super S movie and Stars episodes. In the S episodes they are determined to get the talismans (pure hearts with powers) and complete the mission. When the three talismans are revealed and put together It will form the Purity Chalice. If you put it together it turns in to the Holy Grail. The most powerful tool in the world, it's powers holds no bounds. If used by a pure hearted person it can bring peace and wonderment in to the world, if used badly it can bring hate and destruction. That's their mission to get the Purity Chalice and find the person that can use it to bring goodness. They would do anything to get it even the cost of their own lives! They are serious people, and more powerful than the inner scouts( moon, mercury, mars, Jupiter, venues) at first, and considered the inners weaklings. So refused to join them, cause they know that the inners will never make a sacrifice even if it is needed. But later learned that they are the one's that have pure hearts with powers and Pluto helped them live by taking the Talismans out of their pure hearts. In the end they finally see Sailor Moon and the others as equals and realized that Sailor Moon is the true Messiah of good.
